Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Nexoraz (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• You must be legally capable of entering a contract where you live.
• Provide accurate registration info; keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for lawful business or personal purposes, in accordance with these Terms and posted policies.

• Illegal content or activity; harassment; discrimination; exploitation of minors; infringing content.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, or circumventing usage limits.
• Uploading materials you don’t own or have rights to use.
• Generating misleading claims or unsafe instructions; AI outputs may be inaccurate—use human review.

• Credits: Each render typically uses 5 credit. Any variation is shown in-product before you generate.
• Free plan: Includes a one-time lifetime allocation of 20 credits. Once consumed, generating requires upgrading or redeeming valid credits.
• Pro/Business: Paid plans provide a credits allowance per plan description on /upgrade. Credits may not be cash-redeemed.
• Refunds: Digital credits and delivered renders are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues through the paid period.

• Coupons are subject to stated terms (usage limits, expiry, plan scope). Non-transferable; no cash value.
• We may decline or revoke a code in case of abuse or error.

• Your uploads: You retain rights to your input assets. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the Service.
• Your outputs: Subject to your rights in inputs and to any third-party rights, you may use the images you generate for lawful purposes.
• Model improvements: We do not use your private assets or outputs to train public models unless you explicitly opt in.
• Attribution: Where required by partner terms or platform rules, you agree to provide appropriate notices.

Free exports may include a visible watermark or SynthID-style marker. Pro and Business exports are provided without a visible watermark.

If you believe content infringes your rights, email support@nexoraz.pro with sufficient detail (work, location, claim basis). We may remove content and notify the account holder.

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and retain data. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

• We aim for high availability but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
• We may apply fair-use or rate limits to protect system stability.

The Service may integrate external tools (e.g., storage, inference providers, payment processors). Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

• The Service and outputs are provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Nexoraz is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the competent courts of that venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
